Coping with COVID-19 Related Stress & Grief
in the Farm & Business Communities
More than 4,650 cases and 65 deaths have come to Otter Tail County because of the COVID-19 pandemic, causing some of the greatest stress and grief known to our communities in decades.
Join with farming and business community leaders, and local behavioral health experts as we talk about the impacts the pandemic has had on their well-being and the coping methods that continue to be effective as the world transitions to a COVID-19 vaccine and ultimately recovery from the worldwide crisis.
As part of the conversation, we will consider:
- ongoing uncertainties and stress reactions experienced in the farming and business communities
- how individuals are handling stress & grief, and the coping mechanisms that seem to be working
- how vaccine availability has affected stress
- resources available to help….and what still needs to be done
