MN Youth Singles Bowling Tournament - District Level

2020--MN Singles Youth Bowling Tournament
DISTRICT LEVEL
There will be kids coming here to compete from other towns within our district. The advancement ratio for kids to move on from districts to the
State tournament level is 1:5. There are 3 days to choose from to compete at districts: Friday Apr. 24, 6pm. Saturday Apr.
25, 3:30pm. Sunday Apr. 26, 1pm. The cost to bowl the remainder of the tournament is $20. If you should qualify to advance to the State tournament there are no further bowling costs.
There are 8 different divisions based off age and average. All levels of the tournament use a handicap system of 85% based on 210.
U20- 186-over 156-185 126-155 125-under
U12- 116-over 96-115 76-95 75-under
STATE TOURNAMENT
The MN Singles State tournament will be held at Tuttle?s Bowl in Hopkins, MN on May 30-31, 2020.
Bowlers who qualify at the Northern Aire Lanes District are scheduled to bowl on Saturday May 30th, at 1:45pm.
The MN Singles Youth tournament is put on by the Bowling Proprietors Assn. of MN, and sponsored by Community Charities of MN. At the state level
$10,000 in scholarships and awards will be handed out!

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
Even if you choose not to advance in this tournament, there will be more tournament
opportunities in the near future. We will be having a local scholarship tournament coming up in April
at the end of Jr League season. Season ending newsletter will be coming out soon! USBA Northern
