Take a trip to Italy without leaving the comforts of home. We'll start with a couple of delicious appetizers, the "corso di antipasto", and end with an amazing dessert. In between, we'll prepare a "primo" (first course) of ravioli using fresh pasta and learn to make risotto (which is not nearly as difficult as most people think). Pair any of the dishes we make with a simple salad and you'll be able to travel (virtually) to Italy any time you'd like. Class fee includes supplies.
