In this five-week course, we will explore the principles of mindfulness. You will learn formal mindfulness practice and how to incorporate it into your everyday life. If you are serious about wanting to change your life and learn mindfulness and meditation, this class will provide you with support and instruction to start you on your path. Book will be available to purchase at class. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion for sitting if you like. Class Dates: Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5 - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
