In this second part of this course, we will continue to explore the principles of mindfulness. You will continue your formal mindfulness practice of meditation with support and encouragement from the group. We will learn about Mindfulness in Feelings, Mindfulness in Thinking, Mindfulness in Objects of Mind, Practicing Loving Kindness and Practicing Compassion. If you are serious about wanting to change your life and learn mindfulness and meditation, this class will provide you with support and instruction to start you on your path. It will also help you establish the habit of meditation and thinking mindfully. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion for sitting if you like. Class Dates: Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26, March 4, 11.
