Pre-Register for Introduction to Geocaching
Class #2019-WS17
Instructor: Val Lundby
Think of geocaching as electronic "hide and seek". Someone hides a container (cache) in the great outdoors (geo). You are provided the latitude and longitude coordinates and some other hints. Use a device with GPS capabilities to find the container. It's a fun activity for all ages. In this class, you will get hands-on experience searching for a few geocaches. GPS receivers will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Class size is limited to 12 people. We will meet at the Central Lakes Trailhead in DeLagoon Park - near tent site 22.
