Pickett & Demuth, Ltd, CPAs has an opening for an administrative assistant in our public accounting firm. Responsibilities include:
- Handle office tasks such as filing, scheduling, scanning, generating reports, and reordering supplies.
- Answer incoming calls, greet clients, and assume other receptionist duties.
- Perform software installation and updates, and maintain system backups.
- Manage the tax return efiling process.
- Operate the client billing and accounts receivable process.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers and copy machines.
