ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT
The Fergus Falls Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Administrative Office Assistant. This position is part time - approximately 20-28 hours/week, with flexible morning hours and required afternoon hours of 1:00pm-4:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 7:30am-4:30pm on Fridays. Desired applicants must have the ability to work effectively with a diverse population, multi-task and have strong attention to detail. The position also requires effective written and verbal communication skills with a working knowledge of standard computer programs. Prior experience with Federal/State housing programs, housing management and entry level accounting a plus. Applicant must possess a valid Class D MN driver’s license and pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
Salary will be based on qualifications/experience. The HRA offers an excellent benefit package.
