CUSTOMER SALES & SERVICE REP for Wi-Fi/TV/Telcom Services
You’ll be a first point of contact as a Customer Sales & Service Representative for Park Region Telephone and Otter Tail Telcom. Whether it’s a phone call, or an in-person visit to our showrooms, customers are looking for answers to their questions and affordable solutions for the services they want and the security they need. Our CSSR’s are experienced users of our products and services and that makes them expert advisers!
Requirements for the CSSR position include a positive attitude with effective and courteous communication and interpersonal skills, accurate and timely completion of all work transactions and dependability.
Minimum qualifications include 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience, solid computer and calculator skills. Background study, drug screen and valid driver’s license required.
