 Serve as the Otter Tail County Recorder with primary responsibility for organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Recorder’s office engaged in the direct processing of titles, vital statistics and other documentation.  The County Recorder develops and implements procedures for laws which are passed by the Minnesota State Legislation governing filing, recording and retention of documents including Registrar of Titles (Abstract title and Torrens Title), Vitals Statistics and Personal Property Documentation (UCCs).
