    Job Description
    We’re seeking inspired caregivers who would like to become specialized in memory care and work with our team at Pioneer Cottages. For that reason, now through March 31, 2019, we’re offering a generous sign-on bonus for new part-time and full-time caregivers.

    If you’re selected for a full-time or part-time caregiver position between now and March 31, you will receive:
    1. $125 on your first paycheck
    2. $125 on your paycheck following 60 days of successful point-status employment
    3. $250 on your paycheck following 6 months of successful point-status employment
    How you qualify:
    Complete the application process for a point-status position as a caregiver at Pioneer Cottages. Begin online at www.pioneercare.org/careers. Casual positions are ineligible for the sign-on bonus.

    Become a specialized memory caregiver in either Fergus Falls or Breckenridge and be part of something truly special. CNA certification is helpful, but not required. We provide training.

    We have a full time night position opening and part time caregiver openings for day, evening, and night shifts. Caregiver positions range from just 24 hours a pay period to 72 hours per pay period. Call us to talk about the options!

    This is a perfect opportunity to step into a healthcare career without previous certification. Gain valuable experience such as personal care, medication administration, documentation, facilitating social activities, meal preparation and more.

    Full time positions (64 hours or more per pay period) qualify for generous employer contribution to healthcare insurance, 401K, and more. In addition, Pioneer Cottages offers competitive pay and benefits including shift differential pay for evenings and nights, and paid time off.
