We are looking for a skilled technology professional to join our growing IT department in supporting member agencies in the daily use of Windows and Mac workstations, software, printers, and related technology equipment. The position is the first line in providing customers with technical support both onsite at customer locations and from the LCSC main site. The ideal candidate will be able to productively work in and contribute to a team setting, have good organizational skills and excellent customer service ability. Experience and wide general knowledge of computer technology in a network environment is desirable. Degree in a technology-related field strongly recommended. Some travel required (vehicle provided).
