Work for a family business that has been operating locally for over 30 years.  We conduct our business with integrity and honesty with best interest of the customer and our employees at the forefront. We serve the MN lakes area, including Otter Tail and Becker counties.
Duties will include overseeing projects and employees on that project, as well as being in direct contact with the business owners and customers/clients.  The supervisor will also be laboring on the project with the employees.  Some of the projects may include:

• Shoreline Repair/Rip Rap
• Rock and Mulch beds, including edging
• Paver sidewalks-patios-and driveways
• Block or Boulder Rock Walls
• Boulder Rock or Wood steps/walkways
• Tree/ Stump/ Shrub Removal
• Foundation Water Barrier/Drain Tile
• Plantings

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Great interpersonal skills
• Supervisory abilities
• Flexibility in projects/locations/availability
• Previous landscaping or similar experience
• Carpentry skills
• Landscape design experience

Candidates will conduct themselves with honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times.
Salary range starts at $18-$25/hr DOE, with a pay increase evaluation conducted at 60 days.
This is a seasonal position, however, an individual with the right skills may be kept on year-round for additional off-season projects.
