Rhonda Forkrud - Founder is committed to helping business owners get what they want from their business. She began her career in management consulting working with leaders who were going through major change in their business. Rhonda caught the entrepreneurial bug and led the startup of a privately held HR outsourcing firm growing that business from 4 to 150 people over a four year period. She then went on to own and operate two consulting firms where she worked with companies to create Talent Acquisitions functions, Human Resource delivery models and provided Executive Coaching services.

Rhonda discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) when she was a member of a leadership team that needed to move the needle fast and forward. Rhonda and her team saw dramatic results and her passion for EOS® led her to live her best life as a Professional EOS Implementer®.
