On Wednesday, May 13th Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced that the Stay-at-Home order would not be extended and allowed to expire on May 17th with some caveats. He stated that retail establishments may open at 50% capacity if they can safely do so and comply with their COVID-19 Preparedness Plan. We do have a Preparedness Plan, but not the supplies to accomplish that plan and open our doors to in-store retail traffic. We will continue to serve all customers with all products with our current model of businesses, which has been primarily pre-payment with back parking lot delivery. Our retail employees are all behind this plan and want a safe environment to be able to best serve our customers.
We are in a unique situation from other retailers, as our commercial printing is our main revenue driver and has been operating throughout the Stay-at-Home order. This part of our business will continue as usual, and local commercial deliveries will continue to be handled via non-contact processes.
We will update you as our supplies become available in order to comply with our Preparedness Plan. In the mean time, please feel free to continue to call or e-mail in your orders and we will fill them and safely deliver them to your vehicle. Thank you for your continued support.
