gardens. Recreational opportunities include softball and baseball
facilities, tennis courts, bike trails, snowmobile routes, a swimming

W. Pebble Lake Road, home of the world's largest river otter. Exercise
trail, boating, skating rink, playground, softball, picnic shelter,
nature area.

Broken Down Dam (11 acres, undeveloped)
Off E. Main St. on Otter Tail River. Scenic site of an early hydro
dam.

Broadway Ave. & Beech Ave. Baseball, skating rink, tennis courts,
playground, picnic area.
City Hall Park (.25 acres)
Behind City Hall, 112 W. Washington Picnic area. Flower garden,
paved river walk access.

Access at Veterans Park, City Hall Park, Cascade Avenue dam, and
Union Avenue bridge. Paved walking path follows south bank of Otter
Tail River, with historical markers describing Fergus Falls history.

Van Dyk Park (2.9 acres)
