City Parks

Known for its beautifully-designed and maintained flower gardens, Fergus Falls features over 500 acres of parks and gardens. Recreational opportunities include softball and baseball facilities, tennis courts, bike trails, snowmobile routes, a swimming beach, skating rinks, playgrounds, and an extensive summer recreational activity schedule. Adams/Grotto Lake(20 acres)
W. Pebble Lake Road, home of the world's largest river otter. Exercise trail, boating, skating rink, playground, softball, picnic shelter, nature area.

Athletic Park/T.H. Johnson (3.5 acres)
N. Vine & Linden Streets. Baseball, basketball, tennis courts, picnic area, playground.

Broken Down Dam (11 acres, undeveloped)
Off E. Main St. on Otter Tail River. Scenic site of an early hydro dam.

Burnap/Broadway Park (6.19 acres)
Broadway Ave. & Beech Ave. Baseball, skating rink, tennis courts, playground, picnic area.

City Hall Park (.25 acres)
Behind City Hall, 112 W. Washington Picnic area. Flower garden, paved river walk access.

DeLagoon Park & Campground (192 acres)
W. Pebble Lake Road. Baseball, softball, campsite(tents and trailers), fishing, boat access, playground, picnic area with shelters, swimming, restrooms, bike trail.

George B. Wright Park (2.05 acres)
Union & Washington Avenues. Flower gardens, nature area, statue of early city leader, George B. Wright

Hannah Park/Riverside
West Vernon & Calvin Ave. on Otter Tail River. Softball field, boat ramp, nature area, playground, sledding

Lake Alice Park (5 acres)
Lakeside Drive Flower garden. 1919 Cyclone Memorial Marker, ice skating rink

Northeast Park (12.62 acres)
E. Fir Ave/County Road 1. Softball, snowmobiling, play area

Northern Pacific Park (N.P.) (2.8 acres)
Cascade & Union Avenues. Picnic Shelters, playground, tennis courts, restrooms

Pebble Lake (152 acres)
W. Pebble Lake Road. 18-hole golf course with club house/restaurant, swimming beach, enclosed picnic shelter with kitchen facilities (by reservation), playground, bike trail, fishing

River Walk (approx. 1/2 mile)
Access at Veterans Park, City Hall Park, Cascade Avenue dam, and Union Avenue bridge. Paved walking path follows south bank of Otter Tail River, with historical markers describing Fergus Falls history.

Roosevelt Park (9.8 acres)
N. Burlington & Randolph Avenues. Picnic area with shelters, playground, sledding, restrooms

Van Dyk Park (2.9 acres)
West Lincoln Ave. & College Way adjacent to Otter Tail County Historical Museum. Flower garden, picnic area, playground, restrooms Veterans
