That dimension is structural and involves the policies\, practices and situations that influence and lead to equitable results. What we know about equity\, is that we're not doing the work until we can prove it\, and we can't prove it unless our data demonstrates it. In this session\, we'll explore components of an Equity Strategic Action Plan that can enable organizations to demonstrate\, through intentional planning and action\, sustainably equitable improvement.
