This is a celebration of spring raspberries and rhubarb. The combination of the two fruits has long been a popular one. We will make 4 one-half pint jars of raspberry rhubarb jam. Class fee of $10 at time of registration plus supply fee of $12 payable to instructor on day of class. Supply fee includes sugar, pectin, raspberries, and rhubarb. Bring 4 of your own 1/2 pint jelly jars, lids, rings, and canning equipment.
