We are looking to hire experienced arborists and individuals new to the industry! All levels are provided on-the-job training on all the equipment and techniques needed to do the job safely and efficiently. We are looking for crew members with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. 

Primary Responsibilities:

•    Follow all safety procedures and policies
•    Work as part of a team
•    Take part in pre-job briefing with crew
•    Haul wood, branches, brush, and debris
•    Brush chipper operation
•    Use chainsaws to clear brush and remove trees
•    Pole-sawing
•    Operate aerial buckets to clear power lines and right-of-ways
•    Grind stumps
•    Climb trees using appropriate safety equipment
•    Maintain and proper upkeep of all tools and equipment
•    Drive equipment to and from job sites
•    Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

•    Lift, carry, push, pull, and drag up to 80lbs frequently
•    Climb trees for limbing or topping using spikes/belts/ropes
•    Lift, carry, push, pull, and drag tree limbs/branches/brush and feed into brush chipper
•    Stand and walk up to 2 hours at a time
•    Working near or under high voltage energized power lines
•    Working in varying temperatures: 90F to -25F
•    Withstand heights up to 60 feet
•    Ability to work in conditions/areas which may include: dust, pollen, smoke, noxious weeds, poison ivy, bees, and other insects
•    Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
