REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Unloads and stacks the fabricated steel so it can be hoisted.
- Signals worker operating hoisting equipment to lift and place steel member.
- Aligns bolt holes in member with corresponding holes in previously placed member by driving drift pins or handle of spud wrench through holes.
- Erects precast girders, single T's, double T's, columns, beams, and wall panels.
- May burn off old and weld on or set new sole plates and bearing pads.
- Able to get certified for minimum of 3G and 4G.
- Adheres to safety rules and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Perform a variety of duties which may change often.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work
- Previous Commercial Construction is a plus but not required
- Current driver’s license is preferred.
