Print Coordinator

We have an opening for a Print Coordinator in The Print Shop, Fergus Falls MN.

In this role we are looking for a team player who enjoys working with customers, desires to create efficient and cost-effective estimates and job tickets, has a competitive nature and thrives under pressure as this role simultaneously juggles several projects, thinks outside the box, and strives to provide high quality products and services to Otter Tail Power Company, Otter Tail Corporation, and our external customers. 
Some examples of those activities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact our customers, providing excellent customer experiences.
• Deciphering project requests, turning them into accurate estimates and job tickets.
• Scheduling projects into production, balancing the team’s success with customers’ expectations.
• Managing vendor relationships and inventory.
