Finance Associate

Minnesota Motor Company is looking for a full time Automotive Finance Associate to join their team. The Automotive Finance Associate works closely with customers and the Minnesota Motor Company sales team to ensure the vehicle buying process is a positive one.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proficient in working with computers, has great communication skills, is trainable and is a great problem solver.

Job responsibilities include determining customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process and processing finance transactions while ensuring 100% compliance with state and federal regulations while providing exceptional customer service. The applicant must be able to work every other Saturday. Job advancement may be available.
