• Benefits Coordinator

    The benefits specialist will coordinate employee benefit programs, process and reconcile insurance billings for the benefit programs, process benefit changes on employees having status changes, educate employees on their benefit offerings, promote and host various benefit meetings and/or fairs, gauge employee satisfaction with offerings, research & make recommendations on benefit plan changes, etc.  The Benefits specialist will have contact with current, prospective, and former employees and insurance company personnel.

    Shifts: 80 hours biweekly, Monday-Friday.

    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2+ years of human resources experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.  Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field with benefits administration experience required.

    Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, along with ability to operate various software programs.
