Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistics
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Act as a personal assistant to the team, handling administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize software applications to manage calendars, documents, and communications
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents for accuracy and clarity
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
-Build quotes, policy changes, claims follow up.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Licensing:
- Within 6 months of hire will need to pass the Property and Casualty MN Insurance test to be licensed
-Office will pay for training and license along with future CE credits
