Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Experienced Agent PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Easily communicate with clients and track activities in PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Commit to weekly productivity coaching sessions, 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies and other listing related services
