Aquatics and Safety Training Director (Full-time)

We are HIRING a full-time Aquatics and Safety Training Director! 

In this role, you would support the good work and mission of the Y by:

• Supervising, training, and hiring the lifeguard, water fitness instructor, and swim lesson team.
• Growing, building and creating aquatic programs that support youth development and healthy living.
• Managing the aquatics department budget in tandem with the leadership team.
• Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the pool and aquatics programming, including swim lessons.
• Conducting and overseeing the safety training program including CPR classes, Lifeguard classes, Swim instruction, and first aid. 
• Managing the safety requirements of the facility including certifications, AED updates, and first aid supplies.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the volunteers, members, program participants, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
