About Us

Lakeland Mental Health Center (LMHC) is an outpatient mental health clinic that provides a variety of behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults.

LMHC is a non-profit corporation that has been providing behavioral health care services in West Central Minnesota since 1949. Our mission is to provide high quality, accessible, behavioral healthcare for individuals, families and communities. Our vision is to be the premier provider of behavioral healthcare.

While the decision to seek services may not always be easy, LMHC provides a comfortable environment where you can receive confidential assistance and personalized care.

LMHC staff are specially trained to serve a broad spectrum of behavioral health care needs. LMHC ‘s staff includes psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurse, clinic nurse specialists, registered nurses, psychologists, clinical social workers, professional counselors, licensed marriage and family counselors, mental health practitioners and licensed drug and alcohol counselors. LMHC’s clinical staff provides a full range of confidential behavioral health care services for families and individuals of all ages. Services are provided in an office setting, in a client’s home, in a school setting, or in a community setting. These services include individual, family, and/or group therapy, psychological evaluations, psychiatric assessments, and psychiatric medication management.
