Join us for ZUMBA and Family ZUMBA. Join the dance party! We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise! Families welcome!
Our facility serves all ages from tots to active older adults! Our newest program called ForeverWell is geared towards adults 55+ to help promote both physical, mental and social wellness!
The Y is SO much more than just a fitness center! Make friends, learn new skillls, try new classes, stay active, build a community...just a few of the benefits of a Y membership.
The swimming pool isn't just for kiddos and lap swimmers! We offer several water fitness classes at different skill levels throughout the week! No need to know how to swim!

Youth sports programming is so important for a child's development. Coordination, basic skills, team work and sportsmanship are just a few examples of what you can expect at the Y!
Swimming lessons are so important when we're surrounded by lakes! We offer swimming lessons for children and adults in all levels!
Family time is SO important at the Y! We've started offering more and more programming geared specifically towards families! Events include, family ZUMBA, family BINGO, Family Nerf Nights, Family Fun Time at the Y on the 3rd Sunday of each month, and more!
